Self check-in with smart lock. Code will be sent on day of arrival. Complimentary early/late check ins/out can only be granted if there is not a same day turn. If available, I can offer morning check-ins/afternoon checkouts for a fee.
Guest access
You will have access to the whole house except the lower garage (used for storage.)
Outdoor Quiet Hours
10:00pm - 7:00am (But feel free to close the windows and have a great time inside!)
Parking
Parking for 8 vehicles max. located only on the property and not in the streets. You might block a hidden driveway and risk being towed.
Winter Travel
❄️ WINTER WEATHER POLICY (Mountain Property)
Our home is located in a mountain environment where winter weather can change rapidly.
By booking during winter months, guests acknowledge:
• 4WD/AWD or chains may be required
• Guests assume all risk related to winter driving
• Vehicles must be suitable for snow conditions
We arrange snow removal to maintain a passable path for entry and exit when conditions allow. However:
• During active snowfall, accumulation may continue
• Real-time clearing cannot be guaranteed
• Guests may need to wait until snowfall subsides
• Guests are responsible for digging out their own vehicle if needed
We are not responsible for:
• Vehicle damage (scraping, sliding, undercarriage, tire flaps, paint damage, etc.)
• Vehicles getting stuck or towed
• Weather-related travel disruptions
• Snow accumulation around guest vehicles
Booking during winter months constitutes acceptance of mountain weather risks.
Tire chains and/or 4 wheel drive will be required whenever we get snow. We strongly recommend you always keep chains with you when driving in the mountains during expected snow months (January - April) as weather conditions can change rapidly.
We highly suggest purchasing trip insurance. Refunds are not provided due to weather or road conditions, since everyone's tolerance level for driving in weather is different. We will try our best to accommodate normal check in/out times in the event of snow. In the event that the quantity of snow is such that we cannot clear access to the house, a full refund will be given.**
Pets
We welcome up to 2 pets with a non-refundable fee of $100 per pet. Service animals are always welcome and will be verified accordingly. Unregistered pets will incur a $200 fee.
Please follow all pet rules to avoid additional charges. Extra cleaning or damage may result in fees starting at $100, based on the cleaning crew’s assessment. Thank you for your cooperation!
